We have a qualified Quantity Surveyor (QS) who specialises in M&E and advises on the costs of developing all types of buildings and infrastructure, which is increasingly being demanded by Clients, Governments, Banks and Commercial Organisations who demand greater certainty of professional standards and ethics.

Our QS is a member of the SCSI, who are affiliated to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), who are the largest professional body representing surveyors worldwide.

Public Service & the Office of Government Procurement (OGP)

The OGP now insists that the estimation of all public sector Mechanical & Electrical are prepared to the Agreed Rules of Measurement, Revision 4 (ARM4), Supplement 2 (SUPP 2) costing matrices. Equally, the BOQ, the Interim Evaluations and the Final Account must be prepared by a registered QS.
