The fit out of the €20m headquarters building in Leopardstown was to high standards.
The combined electronic services and systems, which included data & communications, access control, security, CCTV and the Audio Visual suite, was an integrated package that met the clients wishes. Equally, the space heating and ventilation was designed to be energy efficient, with the use of VSD drives and controllers, used from the start, making this one of the most efficient office buildings in Ireland.
Renaissance also designed the kitchen systems, such as extraction using UV canopies, gas detection and fresh air ventilation to ensure a staff friendly working space.
