This a prestigious landmark building in a high profile corner site on George's Dock in the heart of Dublin's International Financial Services Centre (IFSC).
Renaissance Engineering provided the refurbishment design for the existing building services.
The lighting made use of natural and reflected lighting, suplemented by energy efficient LED units. The meeting room had an imaginative unit directly over the table.
The building’s air conditioning and ventilation needed to be upgraded as sections of the building had large solar gain issues, making some meeting rooms and offices too hot for comfort while other offices did not, so the air conditioning and ventilation needed careful specification to solve these issues.
