This is an older house, which was refurbished to a high standard in the charming suburban area of Clontarf.
Renaissance Engineering designed all of the building services, including an Air to Water heat pump for space heating and hot water. This design makes this house very environmentally friendly and it is now a low energy usage dwelling. The space heating is distributed by underfloor heating.
Renaissance also provided the project management for the building services, issuing the tender, appointing the contractors and suppliers, inspecting and approving the works and ensuring that the project came in on budget.
