Renaissance Engineering provided the full design for all mechanical and electrical services in these houses. This included hot and cold water distribution, heating and ventilation, lighting, TV & media, and fire and smoke detection.
The space heating and hot water are provided from the leading edge low energy Air to Water Heat Pump system, which gives all of the heating without any gas or oil bills and all of the hot water without a mains immersion. This stylish system is installed and gives large energy savings, compared to gas or oil, and can be boosted for additional heating if required. Operational with external air temperatures from -20°C to +35°C. Additionally, this system can be ran from a solar Photo Voltaic system.
