This nursing home was converted from a modern hotel into an 84-bedroom nursing facility.
Renaissance Engineering converted the existing plant and equipment to suit the new usage, at minimum cost to the client.
We redesigned the catering facility, the kitchen and dining area’s heating, cooling and ventilation to ensure maximum comfort for all residents. Among the resident services required, were the Nurse Call system and access control, to ensure the resident’s safety and wellbeing.
