This is a listed Georgian building, which was refurbished for offices and to provide training facilities. The 6,000ft2 / 560 m2 premises are located in an older part of Belfast and the refurbishment had to main the features of the area.
Renaissance Engineering were engaged to design M&E services and over see the services project to completion.
The installed services include new gas fired heating with cast-iron radiators and user friendly controls.
The project has an M&E Value of approximately €350,000 and was completed on budget and on schedule.
